Dawett East Indian Cuisine - Kelowna

Went back after a long absence and was not disappointed. The meals are top notch and the service is above average.

Excellent food and good/friendly service on a busy night. Probably a 4.5 overall, but given the choice of a 5 or a 4... and yes, we're making a return visit next week.

Well I picked this restaurant whileIn Kelowna visiting my daughter , because of the great ratings on trip advisor with gluten feee options . First booked a reservation on line we were 15 min early and they never got it , but we were seated immediately . We were welcomed everyone so kind and great service ! Our waitress talked about the foods and the blue God on the wall and she was amazing and checked on us al the time . I'm not familiar with Indian food so she was helpful , the only thing was she told me that wheat flour was gluten feee !! I know it isn't !! But they said they coat their food in chick pea flour so that awesom and food was so tasty !! Quick amazing service !! I'd go again and my daughter definitely will also .

This was the first visit of us in Kelowna, & in this restaurant. We called in to reserve a table for me and my husband, when we get their around 9PM, Server was rude and unfriendly, he asked us to make an order as soon as possible because it was their closing time. When he Served us food, I asked If I could order extra Naan bread, he very rudely replied no you cannot because our kitchen is about to close. and after dint even come up to our table to check if everything was good. It was the worst customer service I have ever received. Really bad experience.

From the wait staff's recommendations to the vegetarian Thali through to the taste and quality, we very much enjoyed our meal. Highly approve of the experience.
