Hansen's Classic Pizza - Kelowna

Terrible service. Terrible pizza. Management is not ready to fix their error because they did not want to deliver the replacement six minutes away. we went to Hansen for a gluten-free/dairy free pizza. This person is not celiac, but has gluten sensitivity. The frightening thing is that...we told them that the individual had an allergy and, if this person had been celiac, they would have become very sick when I watched them remove the pizza from the oven and cut it to the same cutting plate as all the other pizzas that had just come out of the oven to deteriorate things that sun-dried tomatoes were burned. We called and asked Hansons to remake the pizza they agreed, but they were not willing to reconcile their mistake by sending us the pizza, even if we were only six minutes away, because “we did not pay for the second pizza.” the logic here is so ridiculously faulty, because if we had ordered the first pizza to be delivered, they would have liked to have brought the second one to delivery. Since the mistake was completely her, they were not willing to correct the situation by sending us a trip back there to fix their mistake. this individual has eaten pizza everywhere on the Okanagan and has never experienced a rock-hard crust. The manager of the branch indicated that they did not make the gluten-free crust in the house and it was often difficult. It can't be true. As a non-glut-free crust, food person, you could not pay me to eat this. Don't waste your money.

Best Pizza I've had a long time!! Hot and fresh and delicious. Would absolutely recommend! Had delivered the classic and hot wings. Amazing!

Another order from Hansen and another 4 excellent pizzas arrived at our door. Cheeseburger Pizza, Carnivore, big Kahuna, bulldogs were what we ordered. Piping hot and loaded with toppings. You have to let me down.

Bacon Cheeseburger is hit or miss for some. I loved it, woman said it wasn't for her. Carnivore was sworn by everyone. Either they had many strokes, great aromas and excellent crust. This pizza compound is one of our favorite pieces by the years.

The pizza at Hansen's is incredible. The servings are generous and the pizza is absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend them!
