Okanagan Grocery Artisan Breads

The women working at the counter are always friendly, and we find ourselves coming back to buy bread frequently. This is definitely one of the top 5 places to get bread in Kelowna, and our kids love getting a treat from here every day. Don't forget to try the chocolate for a special treat.

I have been searching all over Kelowna and can only find one bakery that bakes fresh croissants for their customers in the morning. If I want cold croissants, I can go to Save On Foods. So why do specialty bakeries like this one seem to store their pastries overnight in the refrigerator? There is nothing worse than a cold croissant with hard chocolate inside. And I have to agree with another reviewer, the male staff at this bakery lacks care, but the female staff occasionally produces warm croissants. However, in all seriousness Kelowna, what is the point of a bakery that bakes the day before and sells cold baked goods? Step up your game Kelowna.

This bakery may be small, but the service is quick and the staff is very friendly. The croissants are delightfully crispy and buttery, and don't forget to try the tasty Gouda sticks. The baguettes are decent as well.

I may no longer have to travel to True Grain in the summer country, as Artisan Breads presents an excellent product in all its different forms. Cheese sticks, cookies and all the bread we tried today were excellent. Much better than my first visit in the year when the shelves were in stock and the checkout was friendly when we arrived today. I would recommend it.

The bread is to die for, great store with a great selection. If you’re a bread lover this is a must!
