Starbucks - Kelowna

Every time I order off the mobile app, I order at least 20 minutes ahead. Today I ordered a coffee, it said it was estimated to be finished in like 10 ish minutes, so i was like okay perfect and drove over. Get there and I'm waiting until almost 20 minutes for my coffee and I ended up being late to work because it was 10 minutes over the amount it said it was estimated to be done. Not impressed, this has happened multiple times at this location. Even more unimpressed when there's one other person in the store and it still takes 20 minutes to make my coffee.

This starbucks was alright, they got my drink (grande iced vanilla chai) right away but my sisters took a shocking 20 minutes. Though I would still go again.

I love this location! I was so tired and messed up my order on the app and they remade and were so nice about it ! Shoutout to Tori, you made a tired working mommy's day so much better

For a while I thought I was being pranked, but I'm starting to think that's just how the coffee tastes.

This location has been sitting in the middle of construction for months now. If you're planning on a meeting or getting some work done, it may not be the best option at present.It's also often quite full and finding a seat can be challenging. Staff are fairly nice and helpful. Food drinks are the usual.
