Subway - Kelowna

I frequent this Subway location twice a week and enjoy the food, atmosphere, and service. The staff is incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

I had a terrible experience at a below average Subway restaurant. My wife ordered our food through the drive-thru and despite giving a detailed order, they still managed to miss some items on my sandwich and completely messed up hers. When we got home and opened the sandwiches, we found that they had given her a tofu sub instead of the turkey sub she ordered. When we called to complain, they admitted their mistake but refused to do anything about it. They took down our information and told us the owner would contact us at some point. When I asked for the name of the person who messed up our order, they refused to give it to me. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Horrible food served by the most unpleasant staff.Just avoid this place. If the staff hates their job so much, go find a new one? Why be such a miserable person to everyone around you?

Terrible customer service. Guy was extremely rude and condescending. Yep Next x20 No greeting or thank you or anything normal about customer service. Buddy was on his phone while we were waiting to order too. This place is a joke. Most ignorant subway person I 've ever met.
