The Yellow House Resaurant - Kelowna

Since we moved to the Okanagan 12 years ago we have celebrated our anniversary by dining here each July. Again like all the other years we are completely satisfied with this place to dine. We always receive a warm welcome, prompt seating, and attentive service and the food satisfies our taste buds.Parking was excellent with a spot right outside the door. Some nights we have to park a short walk away. There is outside dining but we prefer the quietness of the interior.What we particularly like about dining at the Yellow House is that Darren and Rob have not added television sets. It is so nice to dine in an atmosphere free of the TV.

We frequent the Yellow House every couple of months and so far have been happy with our visits. The food is tasty and well prepared - but not exceptional. We have always been pleased by our interactions with the owner (Darren.) He is friendly, funny and professional. The service has always been good. Desserts are amazing! If you're looking for a nice dinner out that's not too pretentious then this is a great spot!

Have been here a couple of times and husband wanted to come again for birthday celebration with some friends. Food was excellent as always and Darren one of the owners made time to chat and have some banter and sing Happy Birthday to my husband. He makes the best caesar drink in Kelowna as far as I am concerned and friends agreed. All our meals were enjoyed and will always recommend this place for somewhere different to go. Make sure to make a reservation.

Unique experience! Food was great and owner loves what he does. Loves to interact and even sing to his clients. Darren says when you come he wants you to feel like you are visiting his house, but the food was great and loved the ambiance!

Slow service, we had to leave and did not get dessert, due to it taking so long. The place is too quiet, bang for the buck, I think we would go elsewhere.
