I was very disappointed to be yelled at by an indoor attendant using a microphone on the petrol station forecourt. If your staff cannot show at least basic courtesy to their customers, I will not be shopping at your store again. This is an unacceptable way to treat the public.
The staff at the petrol station were rude when I went to pay for my fuel, despite their lack of understanding of the situation.
I had a fantastic cup of coffee and the staff were wonderful. I'm really confused about why Sainsbury's is closing all their cafes. It's disappointing news for Kelso, and some employees might end up losing their jobs. I won't be going back to Sainsbury's; Lidl offers much better value.
I have visited this restaurant twice at 5 PM, only to be informed that they are closing. If that's the case, why do they advertise being open until 7 PM?
