A big thank you for an amazing weekend from the London scooter boys! We really appreciate the hard work of the staff and their patience with a bunch of drunks like us.

The drinks were great and the atmosphere was nice. However, I had an issue when they tried to give me an old £10 note as change, which had been withdrawn from circulation on March 1st. They denied that it was no longer valid.

I was very disappointed with my stay. myself and a friend were having an evening out in Kelso and decided to book a room. We cannot fault the check in, the young lady that showed us to the room was very friendly. The twin room we booked was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. BUT... one of the beds was pushed right up against the wardrobe so we had no access to it without moving furniture around, which we dont expect to do, therefore there were no available coat hangers and no hooks on the back of the door. Our shower was not working so we phoned the number that was on the back of the door for the manager, the number didn't exist, we did however find a very helpful cleaner that found another room for us to shower in, fortunately for us there was an available room. Not quite the stay we were expecting.!!!!
