O'Heaphys Irish Pub - Kemptville

We decided to stop for lunch at O’Heaphys in Merrickville after the remembrance ceremony. It was a sunny day, so we opted to sit on the lovely terrace. The menu had a variety of options, so we decided on a mixed appetizer, a club sandwich, and drinks. The portions were generous, the food was fresh and delicious. Overall, we had a great lunch experience and would definitely come back in the future.

First, we were seated on a bed and waited for our server to greet us, who never smiled. The appetizer we ordered was roasted cheese curds for $14, which turned out to be over-fried and not enjoyable. Our main dish, fish and chips, had an overly fried batter and fries that were not much better. Our server never came to check on us after serving our food. The overall dining experience took a long time, despite there being only a few customers in the restaurant. This will be our last visit to this place. I suggest saving your money and dining elsewhere.

The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was incredible, and the meal was delicious at Kemptville Suites. A definite must-visit!

I was there a couple times for wings and beers, but I thought I'd insert my review. beautiful cozy atmosphere with large service. her wings are among the best I ever had. I've never been disappointed to come here.

Joe makes the best potatoe skins and always came out to see if everyone was happy. Love this place good service, good food, and a classic pub experience
