Subway - Kemptville

Located at Highway 43 in Kemptville, this independent Subway was the worst I have ever experienced at any Subway location. The bread seemed to be at least two days old, and the ends of the subs were so hard that the crust shredded off the roll. This was my first time eating at this franchise location, and it was a very disappointing experience, especially since it was a special evening for the 2021 Superbowl dinner. I would recommend avoiding this place for a sub, as it is located across from McDonald's in the Kemptville mall.

Very quick and friendly service, and the entire lobby was open for lunch, unlike when I've been there for supper before. The cookies were tough and overcooked.

I placed an online order at this restaurant and there was a mix-up with the type of bread I wanted. Instead of guessing, they called to clarify and confirm my choice. This extra effort in customer service was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

We stopped by briefly after lunch ended. The process was typical of Subway, but we noticed they skimped a bit on toppings like pickles and paprika. Overall, a good spot for a quick bite.

Use a voucher promotion to visit this location. my wife and I both ordered the same sub, chicken teriyaki roasted. fresh ingredients. very tasty and satisfying.
