Definitely good ole McDonald's feeling when you get there as well as friendly faces and fresh

I had a dreadful experience at the McDonald's on Ken Caryl. The person taking my order was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I tried to ask a simple question about the menu, but instead of answering, he just stood there in complete silence, acting like he didn't hear me. It was frustrating and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when I asked for an iced vanilla latte—a drink I order regularly—he told me there was no such thing. I know for a fact they offer this drink, as I’ve had it many times before. The lack of knowledge and the dismissive attitude were unacceptable. Overall, the customer service was abysmal, and I will never be going back to this location. If you're looking for a pleasant dining experience, avoid the McDonald's on Ken Caryl at all costs.

I ordered a mcflurry for my son. He went inside to get it. The employees ignored him. He finally got it 20 min later. The McDonald's was not busy.

Can confirm! The slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. I heard the manager blame being busy, but they were no busier than any other McDonald's. I saw people come in from the drive through to get their orders fixed. 25 minutes to get two sausage and egg muffins!

It's McDonald's, whats there to say. It was fine, I guess. Pretty consistent most everywhere you go
