Subway - Kenai

This subway spot is like all subways. The sandwiches were made as expected with the normal layering of veggies, meats, etc. We had Buffalo chicken and tuna subs and relaxed in the subway to eat them. The store was clean and everything seemed to be functioning (fountain drink station and tea selection was good). I can't find anything to fault this location. In my opinion the subs are 3-4 stars depending on the choice and toppings. In this case everything looked fresh and tasted as expected.

Horrible service. Absolutely brutal employees that didn't have teeth. smelled bad and didn't wear gloves. should be shut down by the FDA immediately.

Sierra took my order and she was fantastic. I have a gluten allergy and she wiped down the counter and all of the utensils. She took my order individually and made sure no other sandwiches were being made that could cross-contaminate until mine was wrapped and bagged.

Went to subway, they have always had great sandwiches so I got my wife one for her to take to her work at the hospital, the soldotna subway gave me a sandwich with mold on the bread on it. My wife called the next day to inform them and told them she did not want a refund or new sandwich but just wanted to let them know. She was berated by whoever answered that they make the bread fresh daily! Can bread get mold in only hours? These are unfortunate times but we all want to help each other out as much as possible so we have been doing our best to order from open resturants.

I visited the Subway location located inside Kenai Alaska Walmart. It was the WORST experience and the most unprofessional employees I have ever delt with. I was served frozen food. Treated disrespectfully. Will not be a returning customer or recommend this location.
