Strickland Arms - Kendal

I can't believe we haven't eaten here before, considering we live just a few miles away! The food was absolutely delicious, we couldn't have asked for better. The staff was courteous and attentive. We'll definitely be coming back sooner rather than later!

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for delicious food, breathtaking views, and friendly service. It's also very accommodating for families with children. We are definitely planning to return for another visit and highly recommend it!

Stopped off for something to eat on our way back home to Somerset from Keswick, wow what a lovely surprise when we walked in. Very welcoming and friendly staff and an excellent meal, couldn't fault it

I had a wonderful meal with my wife and son during our holiday in Levens, Cumbria. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was stunning. The food was absolutely delicious, though it was a bit pricey for lunch. However, I would highly recommend a visit to The Knitland Poor.
