He quickly shifted his focus to help me and ensured that my order was well-prepared for my trip. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience at Wawa, even though it wasn't his responsibility. He truly made my day!
I have no hesitation in sharing my experience. On Wednesday at 3:00 PM, I encountered issues with Manager Marlon, who gave me a hard time for no apparent reason, and I couldn't shake the feeling that my race played a role in it. Additionally, I had problems with my order from two different food processors. It was frustrating overall.
I had a disappointing experience with customer service. I placed my order through the app and arrived at the restaurant in Essen, only to find that my order wasn't ready. The place also appeared unkempt. Additionally, I had to dress up for this visit, but I ended up being late because my food wasn't prepared on time.
I recently ordered 2 Italian Huagies about Doordash and I was shocked how bad they were. The tomatoes and were hard and extremely chewing. There were onion dishes in the sub. Even the bread warns fresh and was not roasted as ordered and had hardly any parmesan cheese. Were thrown together for Doordash without care. And that was the fourth time I had a bad experience with their subs at this Wawa. Manager, you need to have better quality controls. Thank you.
Lot of staff, but out of control in the food area. I order an italian sandwish and they forget to meat. Also there was more customer complaining about door dash order.
