This is one of the most rudest Starbucks I've ever been to. They made my caramel ribbon crunch with caramel or crunch. Being in a hurry, I left without saying anything. Other times without syrup, I have had a few encounters with this place and just stopped going once again. This is my experience with Starbucks. I hope yours are better.
So beyond disappointed. To pay for an $8 drink with customizations from $1-2 each and it not be made correctly is not just unsatisfactory, but unacceptable in my book. My colleague ordered Starbucks on UberEats for everyone at the workplace, and had treated me to a Tall Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with caramel drizzle and vanilla sweet cream cold foam. When I got my drink, it was sad. No cold foam, no caramel drizzle, WHICH I PAID AROUND $3 EXTRA FOR IN TOTAL. Starbucks, If you’re charging someone for extra modifications, you are expected to give them exactly what they are paying for. Whoever is in charge of the delivery drinks is completely at fault and needs to do better.
4.5 stars. Only BIG downside to this Starbucks is the parking... because of Chipotle on one side and Sergio's on the other, it isn't always easy to find a spot, especially if you are looking for a spot. It's very inconvenient for me because of my back problems, so I don't go there if I have the time to drive a bit further to Sunset 117th Ave for the convenience of a drive-thru and very easy-to-find parking. At least the baristas at this Kendall location are friendly and well-trained in their craft. Their drinks are consistently good, and they don't mind remaking them if necessary.
