Kfc - Kendallville

Always has burnt mac and cheese politely ask for more and they give you back half a container and almost always forgetting a side, forks, and or condiments.

Very friendly and patient with my order. Really wanted me to have a great experience.

Paid for a 12 piece meal and only had 10 in the bucket. 1 and a 1/2 bowls of potatoes. No gravy and hard biscuits. When you're paying over 40 (after taxes) for a kfc meal and get home only to discover some of what you ordered isn't there it makes you a little angry. Are we expected to count the pieces of chicken before we leave the drive-thru? I don't live in town so it's more than a little inconvenient when you're expecting to be able to feed your family when you get home.

They closed 15minutes early because they “ran out of food.”

Chicken was to greasy couldn't even eat it. Grease went through the box our chicken was in and looks of it the fryer oil needed changed cause it was so greasy and burnt looking. Was very unsatisfied and won't be going back. Also our drinks didn't have ice and we didn't get my daughter's Mac and cheese.
