Fresh, quiet. it deserves five stars for its original taste of the cow soup. The’ve cut from the bones so that all they have in the bowl is flaky, soft and juicy cream (part of the bein that contains collagen-like bark) and fresh suppe. mix it with raw egg or cooked, and the taste goes on a level. the restaurant is always overcrowded, it is sold until midday.
Compared to the Surabayan version, i kinda better like this broth. clear broth with no oily soup is visible. with spice taste rather bit stronger. yet for the tendons, i thought that they have to cooked it a little longer to get more juicy and softer textures but in Kendari, this is the best tendon soup you can get
