Church's Texas Chicken - Kenedy

Place She only loves our grandchildren to eat. He calls it the star because he has a star on the shield. He's been eating the church since he was little. Now ask him where he wants to eat, he says the Star Nanny. He's six years old now.

Delicious! When I rated this place for the first time, it was back before they built a new restaurant and the old one had torn up. So much nicer now. The new building is very beautiful and the chicken was great. The service is fast, but sometimes behind the scenes the kitchen looks a bit tense.

Chicken was hot and ready, and huge pieces at the time. The cookies are well done and not hard. The order was ready as soon as I arrived for my drink.

The staff there is really friendly, but the food was a bit cold. Although I was there when the food is fresh and really good!

Very helpful staff. I had a large order early in the day, even though they were short handed they did their best.
