While her male colleague was in the process of issuing my refund, she interrupted him. When I insisted that I wouldn't leave without my refund, he finally agreed to call the manager, who then approved the refund. It's hard to believe that a customer can pay for a product that isn’t available and be denied a refund—this practice seems like consumer fraud and is illegal in all 50 states. Additionally, the employee's nasty attitude reflects the subpar service provided. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever visited, with unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I will definitely not be returning, and I'm grateful there are other options in my town. This location deserves to be closed down. Please don’t spend your money where you’re not respected or valued.

This Dunkin' Donuts is excellent! The staff are really friendly, and you can enjoy your meal inside the restaurant. The food is prepared nicely, and the coffee is just perfect.

Location is awesome always clean but the kids behind the counter don't pay attention to simple instructions so make sure your order is correct and they add cream to your decaf caramel latte

They always mess up your orders employees need more training on coffee they never get it right.
