Terrible experience! I ordered lamb, and it was unpleasant and tough. The appetizers lacked freshness, and I ended up getting food poisoning from the tripe. The kitchen really needs to be inspected by a food safety official. The prices are far too high for the poor quality of food.

The first impression is crucial, and I was very impressed by the slow-cooked short ribs—they were excellent! The broccoli rabe was also delicious. For those with dietary restrictions, the meal was gluten-free.

Another eatery with a credit card surcharge. Atmosphere, food and service above average. Portions below average. Outstanding caesar salad dressing. Would visit again.

While the main focus from any trip to Taormina is superior food, the reality is that the entire experience is fantastic from start to finish. The service and setting are always on theme. Sal's food is simply amazing it is not fancy food, but it is perfectly prepared Sicilian classics. The salsds are fresh, the appetizers set the stage for the mains, and the main courses deliver every time. Much appreciation to Sal and Donna for always hosting a tasty, well served meal.
