The pizza at Domino's made me sick. The marinara sauce tasted like it was expired. I will not be returning to Domino's pizza.
On Saturday, August 12th, 2023, my power went out and I decided to order dinner from Domino's through their mobile app. I ordered the Italian Sausage Marinara Pasta, 16 Piece Parmesan Bread Bites with Marinara and Garlic Dipping Sauces, and a classic garden salad. Unfortunately, when the delivery guy, Aidan, arrived, he forgot to bring the salad and the dipping sauces. He apologized and promised to return within 30 minutes to deliver the missing items. I waited hungrily for him to come back. It's important for every Domino's employee to double-check orders to ensure that nothing is left behind.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and they offer speedy delivery. The staff is friendly and efficient.
I ordered a pizza last Sunday afternoon for regular delivery. The driver left my pizza on the front porch without ringing the doorbell, and the app did not notify me when it arrived, so it was cold by the time I found it. They compensated me with 60 pizza pie rewards, which was great. When I tried to order my free pizza today, they charged me a $5 delivery fee and extra for toppings, which was fine. However, when I tried to check out, I found out that this franchise requires a minimum order of $20. I am extremely disappointed with this policy and feel deceived by their advertising. Despite having been a loyal customer from Kenmore for many years, I will not be ordering from this location again.
