The restaurant is beautiful, nicely decorated and even with a lot of people inside it’s not too loud. The menu is focused, and seasonally adapted, for me always an indicator for great food : . All the dishes were a perfect serving size as well. We had the onion soup as a starter and it was honestly the best onion soup I have ever had! Then we continued with the fondue it was a great mix of cheeses. Chloe our waitress was very attentive and did a great job. It was also really nice chatting with the owner thank you very much! We will definitely come back.

Chez Rosa's spin on beautiful French classics is a great success. Mike and the other staff were beyond amazing. The atmosphere is so genuine. And he was right, their gnocchi will ruin it for us forever when trying to enjoy another gnocchi dish. Pollock Wellington, creme brulee, the salad, oysters, and a beautiful Saint Tropez drinks were our choices and I would pick them again Food: 5

Absolutely the best! Chez Rosa has quickly become my favorite restaurant in southern Maine. Don't miss out on the Pate or French Onion soup! Have been quite a few times and honestly cannot wait to go back because every aspect is on point every time. They never miss here!

The food was very good but not wow, amazing. Sadly after receiving our water it was about 1/2 hr before anyone came to the table again. I would have thought with all the activity in the room someone would have noticed we were just sitting there. The prices are very reasonable and as said the food is good but not memorable
