My first time in this Popeyes restaurant in Kennedale. I was pleasantly surprised and greeted by an energetic and friendly person named Joshua. If I still had my sales agency, would have hired him away immediately because of his people skills and personality! I’m not sure management knows what an extraordinary individual they have working there .. 10 stars to this location/ please visit and experience the feeling yourself and the food was also delicious!! I’ll be back soon
I need a district or regional manager to reach out to me. First time a kid was digging in his Norse. I tried to cancel but couldn't so I lost my money because I left the order. Then I came in to speak with a manager. When I walked in the manager is playing on her cellphone along with another employee. So unprofessional and stealing company's time. Please respond with a contact number. Kids are running the restaurant. No customer service or professionalism.Today a young girl wipes her nose touching items. I'm over it.
The spicy chicken sandwich is the best and they did a great job on the sandwich but their customer service is the worst I’ve had since I got ripped off by Burger King employee for $16. They wouldn’t answer the speaker when I pulled up then I pulled up to the window and the lady was turned backwards playing on her phone and she refused to answer my calls for finally she turned around. They couldn’t find my order. It had been 45 minutes since I put my order in the app, they all treated me like I had done something wrong and all I had done is order a sandwich and then they try to make me upset every last one of the employees three of them like I had done something to them. All I did was come in for a decent sandwich. I will never come back to this one. I’ve been having some bad service from Popeyes, but this is the worst of avoid this place until they trainees employees are getting new ones, the wings were over and over sauced I don’t know what I did to these people. I guess I just showed up to the speaker and they refuse to give service and I didn’t say anything derogatory. I even told him God bless you y’all have a great day I didn’t tell him they needed to improve or anything. I was not engaging them, imagine if somebody had a bad day and they showed up to this place and somebody needs to do something about it I’m telling you I don’t normally have trouble at a restaurant. Everybody treats me with respect and I treat them with respect but these employees all three of them did not want to work todayand we’re upset that I wanted a sandwich but I don’t know why they made it impossible for me to get a sandwich and I was upset when I left this place
I just placed an order it was order #84 and order a family meal, they didn’t gave me my large fries, they’d didn’t give me my wings and they don’t even answer the phone. I’m making a claim with my bank this order was picked up on 02/15/2024 at 9 pm.
