The ice was fantastic! Emily was extremely helpful both over the phone and in person.

This business does not comply with ADA prevention laws in any way. they refused to serve me because I have a service dog. beyond that they were incredibly rude. I was at many other Baskin-Robins locations that I like to serve and ask if my service dog needs something, but this place has told us to leave ourselves that they are required by ADA laws for all impediments. I will not return to this place. it is the heart if the care of the others is not put first.

Awful! Young girl behind counter was rude yelled at me to put my mask on of which I was in the process of putting it on. Then the older gentleman was right there and I said are you the manager, he said yes. I asked him if he allows her to bark at the customers? He stated they were stressed out because of Covid. I said WHAT? Really, you are not an emergency front line worker or healthcare provider and you are stressed? They had wrong name on cake and I will NEVER step foot in that facility again. Rude, unprofessional and had a pipe leak from ceiling. Disgusting

The lady who was making my shake accidentally overfilled it but the shake still tasted great!

A polar pizza ordered for my man's birthday. the keks was round and they hardly put up a 5 inch ice place. taste was good, but only about half the ice cream.
