Laketown Grill - Kenner

The food and service here are consistently excellent. I've mostly been sticking to the usual bar fare, but I was so impressed that I decided to try the grilled tuna salad, and I was not disappointed. I will definitely keep bringing my friends and family here.

The steak and potato salad here is fantastic—I visit often! I did have one instance where the steak was chewy, but considering that was only once out of fifty visits, it's not a big deal. The staff is incredibly friendly. I initially thought the cooks were ignoring me, but it turns out they always wear earbuds. I really love this place!

I would give zero stars if I could. I visited this morning, and the bartender completely ignored me while he was texting on his phone. After waiting for ten minutes without any service, I decided to leave. This bartender is a liability for the establishment and has wasted my time. He really should be let go.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff member who was cleaning the table near my friends and me accidentally sprayed me with the cleaning solution she was using. She didn't apologize or acknowledge it at all. When I pointed it out and told her she had sprayed me, her response was just, "Yeah, if you're sitting here, it might happen." I was shocked! This is unacceptable service and definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen. Every time I've been here, it's been a disappointing experience.

This restaurant is a great place for drinks and bar snacks. The atmosphere is casual, the vibe is easy-going, and the music is enjoyable. They offer pool tables and comfortable seating in both indoor and outdoor areas. It’s an excellent option for a laid-back evening with friends or a date over drinks. The food is delicious and aligns well with my expectations for bar fare—perfect for enjoying alongside a drink. I truly believe it's worth visiting, and I'm pleasantly surprised by how cool it is as a hangout spot in Kenner.
