This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the metro area, just a great little find. Home made dumplings, their clay pot dishes are excellent, good service and you gotta love a place that can do a whole pig for you. The service is great, I had an experience here a while back where I was having lunch with a group of co-workers and one of our party showed up really late, like 10 minutes after we ordered and somehow they were able to serve all of us, including Mr. not on time, all at the same time with a very cheerful classiness.
It is so hard to find really good Chinese. And I 'm not taking about 'authentic '. I just mean good quality. Little Chinatown is a winner in my book. All the ingredients were fresh, the sauce was not sticky and heavy. My waitress was very nice as well. I had Mongolian beef, which can sometimes have a bad onion to meat ratio, but not here. A perfect meal.
The food is amazing and you get plenty of it. The salt and pepper chicken wings are amazing! Best Chinese food we have ever eaten and that is hard to find,
Great Chinese food. So far, I have gone to this restaurant twice. Everything is served family style with generous portions. My wife had the Hong Kong wonton soup. That is her go-to Chinese meal, and she enjoyed it. One thing that she looks for is a thin wonton wrapper, and that is what this place uses. So far I have had the pork lo-mein, Hong Kong fried wonton, and congee with pork and fermented egg. I have loved every single meal, and am looking forward to checking out more menu items.
