Chick-fil-a - Kennesaw

I placed a complex drive thru order for an office lunch meeting. After arriving to the store about ten minutes later there was an issue with the online ordering service. This location's team members and management helped correct all of the issues and provided great service.

I mean... it's chick-fil-A. They always do good. The food is always phenomenal and the customer service is like angel sent lol. The only negative is the location because it's always busy so the parking lot is crowded. Bur besides that... it's great.

This was my first visit to this location, and it didn't start off smoothly. I missed the standalone kiosk for ordering, so the staff had to assist me at the window. I ordered a breakfast bowl, orange juice, and Greek yogurt, which came to over $11. It felt as though I was being reprimanded for not using the kiosk, which was frustrating. The breakfast bowl was disappointing; the food barely covered the bottom of the bowl, and I didn't enjoy the fried chicken pieces. If I had the choice, I would have opted for the eggs and hash browns instead. That said, I should mention that my favorite item on the menu is the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich with Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. After trying a fried chicken sandwich years ago, I've never ordered it again.

We stopped here for lunch during our travels and had a great experience. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean. I especially want to thank the team for their help and patience in assisting us in locating my wife’s purse.

The staff at this location is fantastic! They put in a great effort to make sure your order is accurate, hot, and delivered quickly. They are always very polite, and the restaurant is consistently clean. I really enjoy visiting my local Chick-fil-A!
