Feedback gevenI ordered a salad, while my husband opted for a chicken sandwich, which turned out to be dry as he couldn't find any mayo at the condiment station. He even took a photo of the meal, which I am uploading here. As we were leaving, one of the staff members approached us and asked why we had taken a picture. Her questions were intrusive, and it made us uncomfortable, so we decided to leave. In all our experiences at various Chick-fil-A locations, this was the first time we encountered such disarray. We will not be returning.
I've always had positive experiences at this restaurant, but today, the curbside service left much to be desired. Whoever was working today seemed unmotivated. My food had been ready for 15 minutes before he finally brought it out, and unfortunately, it was cold by then. He was moving so slowly that it was clear he didn't want to be there. When he finally delivered my order, the bag was crumpled and my sandwiches were squished due to the careless way he handled them. I hope he can improve his professionalism in the future.
My wife decided to grab a quick dinner since we had a busy evening ahead. We ordered a few items for the kids and chose some chicken sandwiches for ourselves. We've frequented this bustling spot several times, and it has generally been decent. However, when we got home and I took a big bite of my chicken sandwich, I was underwhelmed. It basically consisted of bread, breading, a pickle, and just a few strands of chicken that were barely visible. If you look at the picture, it’s quite amusing given the situation. Unfortunately, this was my first meal of the day, and I ended up with a carb-heavy sandwich. Management didn't respond to my initial concern, so it's clear this location has room for improvement. I would recommend visiting other locations instead; you'll have an easier time navigating the drive-through and parking lot, and you might actually get a decent chicken sandwich.
This Chick-fil-A tends to get very busy, and that drive-thru can be a nightmare. However, the service is great and I love the location. If you're in a hurry, it's best to walk in for pickup. But then parking is also another thing. Lol. Anyway, the foodis also great and the staff gets to know you after a few trips in.
Took over 40 minutes in the drive through to get food. Food tasted good but it had to be the smallest chicken biscuit I've ever gotten at CFA. Clearly they are making adjustments based on inflation but this was ridiculous. It was about half the size ofwhat they used to serve. Hopefully this was an isolated incident.
