Feedback gevenThe Chipotle location in Kennesaw has incredibly poor service. The employees were rude and disrespectful, and none of them were wearing hairnets or hats while preparing the food. The drink machine was out of order, and we received barely any chips with our meal. Management needs to address these issues, as the team of teenagers running this location is not providing acceptable customer service. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The place was in disarray, with overflowing trash cans and dirty tables. The dining room was not well-maintained, and our server seemed careless, even tossing food around. When I requested fresh fajitas, I was informed that they didn't have any, and the ones they offered looked like they had been sitting out all day. My server also dropped a metal bin, splattering meat juices onto other food items. The overall quality of the food was disappointing and far from fresh. I've never seen a Chipotle so disorganized, and experiencing this at 1 PM was a really unfortunate start to my day. I won't be recommending this place or returning. On a positive note, the cashier was friendly and provided good service. However, the view from behind the kitchen was off-putting—there was food on the floor, and employees were walking over paper, which really didn't help the overall impression.
The Barrett location appeared to be in a state of disarray. When I requested cilantro, the staff member told me that they "don't do that," even though I've been receiving it there for over ten years. The service was rather curt and unwelcoming until I got to the register, where the cashier was outstanding and very helpful.
Our visit was very good. Our food was great, service was fast and friendly. This is a busy location but the servers did a great job of keeping up with everything.
If I could give this location no stars I would. I have placed a few online orders only to receive little to no food at all. This location is always dirty. The customer service is terrible and staffing seems to be at an all time low. Today I came to the location again against my better judgment. There were a few customers waiting outside around 11AM. I thought maybe they were unexpectedly closed but they weren?t it appears they needed to locked the doors to control traffic. Understand we are in rough times but every time I come here it?s something. I drove off and didn?t bother investigating the true reason and tried cava for the first time. Customer service was amazing and I really liked the food. Lost a sale to a competitor
