Del Taco - Kennesaw

I'm so glad that there are more Del Taco restaurants to eat so delicious. The salads are my goodness! Must come again and again!

Like many fast food restaurants, they are short on staff. The interior is closed. But through all this they put excellent food. I'll give you a BIG letter to Esperanza. She's great in communication. I could understand them on the speaker. And she could understand me. Many times in other places the person on the microphone does not seem to hear. You repeat your order incorrectly. But not Esperanza. She repeated my order correctly. Then she asked if I wanted drinks. At the window she smiles and happy. I don't come with creepy customer service. Esmerelda is perfect for this job at that time. I wish their success in their efforts. A scream she hired. You can train skills, but you can't train any attitude.

I probably didn't eat Del Taco in 20 years, but it was the only place we were starving after 1:00. Boy, we're surprised. We could not believe how different the menu was, how it had improved enormously! Del Taco has so many different food choices that are so delicious very, very affordable! I have the filled Jumbo shrimp quadilla tacos they were absolutely AMAZING!! My wife got the epic loaded queso burrito with chicken swallowed it so fast I had to ask her if she tastes it! Lol! She couldn't stop begging how good it was!! The service was fast, friendly, professional! We recommend this Del Taco site! You won't regret it!!

My kidnapper and I stopped an evening. It was a long day, and we just needed something quick to finish our day. As with most places throughout the country, staff shortages are very common. Waiting was much longer than we expected and when we got our food, we just wanted to go home. I usually control before leaving the parking lot, but after a quick look into the bag I thought and hoped it was all there. We soon discovered several items missing in our order. Luckily the app (which I had just downloaded and used) save the order information that allowed me to check items. I called the number that is listed and thankfully someone (Diana) replied. She was so apologetic and gave excellent customer service. She went beyond and beyond to make the situation right - a pleasant surprise from the service and the care I receive from ordering fast food businesses in our neighborhood. We are a family of six, so my orders tend to be on the larger side. A recent example was Panera Bread. I am really impressed by the care I received tonight and hope Díana is recognized for her strong work ethics.

I get Del Taco before I head in to work at night. For that I have to do the drive-thru. I enjoy the quesadilla tacos. These fill me up enough that I can make it through the whole night. The cashier always has me leaving with a smile. The line tends to be long but just lets me know we are on the same taste bud page.
