Feedback gevenOrdered an almond milk iced latte. It was horrible. I could hear the two workers talking about how neither one knew what they were doing. I asked for sugar free but they put sugar. Had to throw it out. Was already on road when I tasted it couldn’t turn around. Wednesday 21st March — 3:15.
It took 15 minutes for two coffees, and then they proceeded to get one of our coffees wrong 2 times and kept trying to give us the same coffee. They also told us there oven was down, but then started making things in the oven. Pure laziness.
Workers joe n chris are so good. they need a raise fr. go head n give them a raise if u see this managers oh and mohommad. give them raises
Drive thru review. Friendly and professional. Lost a star for the parked wait after paying and not including ketchup for my hash browns. They were also out of the strawberry passion fruit refresher mix. We settled for peach passion fruit. Good. To be repetitive. Refreshing. Sourdough avocado bacon sandwich wash flavorful. Would have liked the cheese a bit more melted. Picky. Yes. Hasbrowns had a burnt flavor. Still edible. Really, the customer service kept this place from slipping to a 3. If they worked on supply and quality control for every order, they could knock out a 5 star performance. Here's to hoping for better.
All I wanted was 2 cinnamon raisin bagels and 6 donuts. I arrive to 0 cinnamon raisin bagels and 3 of the 6 donut flavors unavailable. It's 8am Sat. You didn't think to update the app?? Back to Starbucks I go!! The only reason I went to Dunkin was because Starbucks accurately updated their app with no cinnamon raisin bagels available ?????
