The order was incorrect, just like the contact number provided. It's surprising that they charge $17 for a sandwich but provide no way to reach someone to address the issue. Goodbye, JM.

Jersey Mike's is outstanding. I've enjoyed every sandwich I've had here. Recently, I've been opting for the Philly cheesesteak, and it's fantastic. The bread remains perfect all the way through the sandwich. The staff today was amazing—everyone was friendly and quicker than I've experienced at other locations in the past.

Let’s begin with the experience of finding a cockroach crawling out of the bacon. One of the employees couldn't even handle it, and several customers ended up leaving because of it. To make matters worse, the cashier joked about how they occasionally serve roaches, and then casually mentioned to her coworkers that she needed to change her pad. After waiting 30 minutes for them to throw out the contaminated food and prepare fresh items, she made my sandwich incorrectly and didn’t apply my shore points at checkout. What a disaster!

The three women who were working did an amazing job keeping their cool. Honestly with a store full of people and more mobile/online orders than I could count, I would’ve cried. Instead they stayed organized, were kind to customers who weren’t so kind to them, and got my order correct.10/10

This place needs to close their doors the owner should be ashamed. The customer service was the worst ever. If they get your order correct it will take 45 min to get it. They spend more time walking around and talking to each other. I’ll never go back and I’ll be sure to spread the word to every person I see.
