Mcalister's Deli - Kennesaw

I don't know what it is, but this is the second time I was? ve stood in line waiting for a cashier to help me if there is another young lady clear there to help. When I finally came to the cashier who looked at me, she was looking for her employee who danced around instead of helping me. This facility must be better. I don't eat this tasteless food, but my client does and I deserve the same respect he would get if he could go to the building himself.

Tables were stacked with dirty dishes. The staff was friendly, but cried about being ready to go and made a point to let us know that they close in 35 minutes! They were also from spucks! After the order we were notified that they had no packages. Nothing was offered. What happened to the customer service? The food was slung together and the bathrooms were terrible. If I had gone to the restroom before the order, I would have gone out.

I like the chicken salad sandwich. I ordered this and said it was with one side. I chose the salad but did not see that the part over the side salad was a $5 add on! Sheesh! So it was a $8 sandwich and $14 plus overall! But that was done. The salad had an old salad in that I chose so it wasn't worth the extra money. The meal took 20 minutes to get out what would be called rush after what I would call for lunch. the staff worked as fast as she seemed, but the time seemed a lot for a rejection order. I have a chance, and I don't take it again.

Very beautiful place inside and outside. Food is great and delicious, so I recommend it. I had the Cuban and it was very good. The main complaint I would have is that this place on your order takes at least 10 minutes, so it is wise to order before time. Along with what I went there both times, the staff was not the kindness, and they did not seem to work together anymore, so only to do their own things. This caused several times when I saw my food sitting there and the cash registers just did nothing and I had to wait more time than I was in a hurry.

I'm very disappointed in how dirty this location has gotten. Not only was the restaurant floor and counters dirty but the outside of our to go boxes were covered in the food that was all over the counter (and I have a food allergy). Lastly, there was a long hair in my daughter's food. I would have given them a pass if it was busy but there were only 3 customers in the building. Would have loved to talk to a manager or sent a private message as to not ruin their reputation but couldn't find a way.
