Feedback gevenI had to wait almost 10 minutes for my food, while my friend waited nearly 20 minutes for hers. To make matters worse, they brought her order out three times, attempting to give it to other vehicles before finally delivering it to her. If I could give this place zero stars, I would, especially considering the numerous one-star reviews they already have. For a restaurant where meals cost between $10 and $20 per person, I expect service that matches that of a sit-down restaurant charging similar prices. This level of service is simply unacceptable. It also frustrates me that when I tried to call the store to express my concerns, the number listed on Google said it was no longer in service or had been disconnected. Excellent customer service, indeed. Given their declining business, it seems they can’t even afford to keep their phone line active anymore.
I frequently encounter the dining room closed without any signage or explanation. I visited today at 10:40 AM, and according to the posted hours, it should have been open since 8 AM. However, the door was locked. I waved to the friendly staff behind the counter, and one of them came to the door to inform me that the dining room was closed. While I understand that this can happen, I can't help but wonder why it seems to occur at random times for no apparent reason. The self-serve stations were operational, and the dining area looked clean and normal, with no signs of construction. Given that there are often very few staff members on hand, it makes me question the need to close the dining room at all. I'm just feeling a bit frustrated about the situation.
I am a food delivery driver for door dash and uber eats. This location is by far the slowest I've had to deal with. Also, the inside closes around 7:30pm, so you have to wait in the drive through line to just pick up an order. I waited 20 minutes to pickup a door dash order that paid me $3 in the end. I accepted the order to keep my ratings up, but this place needs to step it upand come up with a new and more efficient system.
I've stopped here before. I think that it's easier to go in than the drive through. Each time, I've not gotten the correct order not making extreme changes. It has been a large iced tea, half cut, light ice. It's either sweetened or unsweetenedor it can be no ice or full cup.
It's hard to go wrong with fries, but it's definitely disappointing when the container is only half full. I'm glad I used the app to get a discount, but they really need to improve on this aspect.
