Do not order delivery from Papa Johns. They started using DoorDash for any delivery order. They dropped our pizza, ruining it. DoorDash is the worst. No idea why Papa Johns started using them for delivery. Skip this place and order from somewhere else. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We ordered pizza at 6:20 on a Friday night and first of all we were charged 3 times on our credit card. When called back and talked to the manager about the over charges he said it would take 2-3 business days to get our money back. We were told the pizza’s would arrive between 20-30 minutes. The pizzas never did come and when my wife called back over 2 hours later my wife was told we didn’t have a order. Bye bye papa John’s.

Order online and gave plenty of time before going to the store. when i got to the store, was told the order got deleted and not made. had to sit and wait for the entire order with no customer service. no comp for the issues. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
