Feedback gevenI wish I could give it a zero. This is by far the worst food company I've ever been. I placed an order on the app and waited almost 40 minutes before pressing the button and asking for an update. You told me it was on the way. 30 minutes and no food yet. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to go through the app and get my refund. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for my money. The manager sat outside while the workers didn't work on their phones. Whoever is the franchise owner for this location should sell it because they really don't care, why should we?
Last time we were at this point, the service was extremely slow. This week the cake took. We ordered, paid and overrun the app in advance. The line for the passage was completely wrapped around the building. We then noticed that all drives in bays had their screen, and the order button covered. Weird, but the app said the order was ready, so we parked and checked in. Long story short, we waited 40 minutes, and the ride through the line does not move a single car. The same car sits on the window, the same car on the box. We've only waited since we've already paid the app. It was like the factory of Wonka? Nobody ever comes in, nobody comes out? Called support, got a refund and went. Almost an hour. If you do not want to be open, set a sign, turn off the lights, stop mobile orders, which is okay. But good grief, at some point you just have to admit defeat so that people stop waiting. The refund process was a 15-minute oral. 20 questions. My name, my address, my payment method, the memory address, my reception number, some other numbers from the entrance, my sum. I swear you couldn't see her orders. Wait, please. Wasn't it awfully interested in the insurrection that started here in the parking lot, just apologized for my trouble? I hope I get my money back. Left and went to the Zax on the street, ordered, and had left food within 10 minutes from Sonic. What happened to Sonic? A little communication would have gone far.
Worst service ever. Very slow workers. We waited 40 minutes in line while cars were piling behind us. When we finally got on the window, the manager was just sitting on his phone the whole time!! Because they stalled between cars, we didn?t get to order until 10:50 when they closed at 11 and they came up with the excuse ?our ice cream machine is down?. No it?s just laziness and didn?t want to do it before closed. What?s funny about that is their sign on their billboard says ?Yes, our ice cream machine works? yeah right. Do not recommend. Would be better off going to McDonald?s. Update: took us a whole 20 mins to get our food. The guy at the front with the braids didn?t say one word the whole entire time to us, wasn?t paying attention to our orders, handed us random people?s order. AVOID at all costs!!! Another update: my sandwich was wrong and disappointing. I asked for a crispy chicken sandwich, got grilled.
I understand that I have some time to make the food, but this place didn't even take my order for about 20 minutes when I was the only person there. I thought they would close early (at 10:05am and when they close at 11am) but I saw at least 3 people inside. Honestly, just don't even try to come here, save your time by clicking on the sound 15 minutes on the road.
That's the worst experience I've had on every fast food franchise. I had to repeat my order several times because the Sonic staff did not listen. I asked about Fritten, and the employee said they might not be standard, and the fists would take more than 5 minutes to cook. Who would say that? He was right, the Pommes were terrible. It was made clear that the employee did not know that he did as he went back and forth to a car in front of me handing napkins, sodas, and spoon one after the customer, instead of just everything together. When I was on the line, I had to tell him that I also ordered a sprite with the meal that I had been with this Sonic several times, without any incident. This is my first time in a year and last time there. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here. Not spending your money can cause the manager to really upset and train his employees. I'd give him a zero rating if I were able.
