Feedback gevenI had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cookies were burned, and the bread was not cooked properly. If you’re considering ordering online for pickup, I wouldn’t recommend it. When I asked for no lettuce, they took it to mean no vegetables at all, except for some sad, mushy tomatoes and rubbery pickles. To be honest, you'd be better off going to Publix next door for a decent sub. The only reason I return is because my child enjoys it.
I stopped by Subway tonight at 8:50 PM, but the door was locked even though they were supposed to close at 9 PM. Inside, I saw an employee with two friends sitting at a table enjoying their subs, and they all just looked at me in surprise. This was very unprofessional, and I definitely won't be coming back.
This isn't the Subway location I usually visit, and while I've noticed some customer service issues in the past, I decided to give it another shot for convenience's sake. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a big mistake. The woman at the counter made my sandwich in a rather unfriendly manner. She added an ingredient I hadn't requested, and when I pointed it out, she seemed to place the blame on me without offering an apology. Then, she went ahead and added another ingredient I didn't ask for. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning.
If I could, I would give this restaurant no stars. None of the ingredients in my sandwich were fresh— not even the bread. I had to stop eating it halfway through because the meat had an odd smell. To add to the disappointment, they didn’t provide any lids or straws for the drinks, which really took me by surprise.
I ordered crispy bacon, but it was overcooked, and the staff refused to replace it. In the end, we left without having anything to eat.
