Willy's Mexicana Grill - Kennesaw

I went during a slower time. 8.17.17, 8:30 ish after dark, coming off the mountain. Clean then. And my Chipotle Pork Nachos fully loaded, was the bomb. Took half of it home in a nice, *card-board* box of high quality. Utensils are sturdy, first rate. So good you can re-use if so eco-inclined. Salsa bar always fresh, always lime AND lemons available. For 10 bux what more could anyone reasonably expect? 10 bux because I ordered extra small guac. Was not needed, it came with plenty as is, there's a tip bucket at register.

The best customer service we have had in a Willy's. The food was fresh and delicious as you can see on the pictures. When the server was making our burrito they asked if we wanted the peppers as a topping. At other Willy's we visited, we had to ask for it. Also, the workers were smiling and having conversations with the customers. A real home feeling place!

I come here quite often but now will go to a different location. The Mexican lady that started my order on June 30th at 145 was so rude I almost left. She just started throwing my orders together after I told her what meats I wanted without even asking me what I wanted on them... I then said umm I want different things on it and she got a attitude and threw the other ones to the side rudely and I started to re tell her what I wanted and she cut me off... then all the tables were dirty. I had to clean my own table off. Then they finally started cleaning when we sat down. Just a horrible experience all together.. unfortunately

Willis is always consistently the best burrito in Atlanta. Whichever location. Doesn't matter. It would be sacrilegious to put moes in the same category as Willys. Although the same business model. My only regret is they don't have a Willy's in West Georgia hint hint

Walked in on Monday night 11/28, every single person behind the counter looked me in the eye and then turned away. Some looked me in the eye 2 or 3 times. Not one person acknowledged me or the guy standing behind me. They just stood there talking and turned their backs. What a bunch of a**holes... I couldn't believe it... totally flabbergasted...
