This was the slowest drive-thru experience I've ever encountered. I was behind a car, and it took about 15 minutes to receive my food. The older woman at the window moved incredibly slowly and didn't even offer an apology for the wait. The order speaker was located right next to the street, making it difficult to hear over the passing cars. It really didn’t operate efficiently for a fast food restaurant. Additionally, the design of the drive-thru was quite odd and often blocked cars trying to access other shops in the building. I can't believe the municipality approved such a strange establishment.
