El Toro Negro (the Black Bull) Mexican Buffet Y Taqueria

Well this is our first time at El Toro. Fast and friendly service. We started out with 32oz bottled Mexican beer and salsa. The table next to us liked our choice also. We liked their Seafood soup dinner in front of them and had a good time. Looked so good and they recommend it very much. Our meals tasted great with lots of sauce to make it even better. I wanted to send mine back and get the Seafood soup!!! Lol Covid protocols were in place with tables and staff. Going back soon to get some Soup.

The food was good, but I had a voucher for the lunch buffet that stated the regular price was $12.99. However, when it was time to pay, I ended up paying for two lunch buffets and the total came to over $35, even though we just drank water. It feels like a deceptive practice to advertise one price for the buffet and then charge a different amount. Nowhere was the actual price displayed. I definitely won't recommend this place or return. There are plenty of excellent Mexican restaurants in the area that don't engage in misleading pricing.

Amazing authentic tacos! I've sampled many local taco spots, and these are undoubtedly among the best. Their tortilla chips and salsa are also superb! I stopped by for a quick bite, but I'm looking forward to trying more items from the menu, including their buffet.

We didn't do it in time for the buffet, but it was the best authentic Mexican cuisine I had in my life! We will definitely make that this must stop place when we are on vacation in Florida! The Fajitas are to die! And the portions are super big for a big price. Amazing, comfortable atmosphere. Worth trying if you like real Mexican food!

Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Palm Harbor, which had closed for a while, and we have been sad since that time. But we can celebrate again! Don't let this little inconceivable place fool you. I lived here for a while, drove hundreds of times past this place and never stopped until today. I missed it. All meats you need, such as ribs, carnitas, ground beef, shredded chicken and more are available to you. Do you want to load it into a hard taco bowl? No problem. Pile it on fresh chips and make nachos? You're covered. Fully with all toppings. I personally like to leave a flour tortilla on the ground to catch and clean everything when I'm done. There are other articles like chimichangas, menudo, rice, roasted beans, black beans, salsas and more. Last, queso. You would like to write your (what chips/taco/burrito/finger) in queso, right?! There's a tub. You're literally helping. Of course they have beer and alcohol to wash everything. * UPS 6 5 22* came back and everything was still good! They had a few different choices. The Tamales were on the spot! I put Salsa Verde on her to turn her off! In any case, give this place an attempt. Prices went up to $17.99 per person, so it's a little steep, but it's always worth the treat. It's cheaper by week.
