Let me first say that in the past my experience with Buddy's Burgers has been overwhelmingly positive. My last several orders had a few minor mix ups where it was just enough that I felt something should be communicated to the team. I was introduced to Lance, the man in charge at Kennett, and was overwhelmed with his commitment to the customer. Not only did he rectify the last few mix ups, but he went well above and beyond what was required. I will never question Lance's concern for making sure the customer is completely satisfied and his presence can only be positive for all the other members of the team. Everything else, in terms of food, will speak for itself. The burgers were delicious, fries were amazing (recommend the cheese sauce), and this is all paired with a staff that cares. When I want burgers it's Buddy's or bust.
They prepared our order painfully slowly, at times they were just standing around. They ran out of some items and had to refund us for it, and were unprepared for a rush. We waited more than 30 minutes, 10 of which was just standing in line. I've worked in fast food before and this is not okay.
Went to Buddy?s Burger last night to celebrate a birthday. The food was amazing. My husband said it was best burger he had in a long time. The customer service was fast and on point. Gave us a timeframe and it was served on time. My daughter doesn?t eat beef and got the Turkey Burger and she was very pleased. Thanks foe the great food and the great service. We?ll be back.
When a customer brings back a burguer after they opened it and realized it was the wrong order, please don 't just wrap it back and try to give it to the next person. This just happened and the girl said it was fine, they just opened it but didn 't touch the inside. She was upset that I didn 't want to take the order and instead gave it back and asked for a refund. All of this after waiting 20 minutes for one burguer.
