Li'l Firehouse Coffee - Kennewick

Firehouse needs to stop playing with me… Why is my bagel burnt when i asked for it lightly toasted? Why do I stay getting tried ??‍ when I was handed my drink I was waiting for the camera crew to come out cause what the HELL is this? this is not what an iced on call should ever look like. Extremely trifling and the cherry on top is those passive aggressive workers like what are you guys so rude for???

Quick drive through while running some errands. Price and quality were perfect.

Firehouse rules, their prices are better than most places and the sizes are bigger too. Their daily specials have a wide variety between hot and iced coffees and different energy drink options so whatever you were looking for they probably have option for you. I go here consistently enough that they usually have my order ready for me by the time I pull up.

Except for the fact that I've never had their actual coffee coffee, their mixed energy drinks are great and fairly priced.

I have loved and recommended Lil Firehouse for years. Until now. The new manager has changed several things, not for the better. And was very rude about it. The cold drinks have too much ice, and the hot drink has too little flavor. And now they won’t substitute white coffee for the specials.
