Wake Up Call 27th - Kennewick

The coffee just isn't good. Staff is fine, place is fine, but the product is really bad. Plus they over charge. So you're paying more than at other places but getting the worst coffee comparatively.

I just went through the drive thru at this stand and definitely the espressos were burnt or the shots were way over pulled…the drinks taste burnt and definitely undrinkable. And now, I’m out $15 after giving a 2$ tip! ?

Wake up call has better tasting coffee than black Rock in my opinion

Ive been a customer these past 2 months and I was there on tuesday and was told my next drink was free based on their points. I came back this morning which is friday and had to pay for my drink. They told me I was there again on wednesday 2 days ago, which I was not. The guy at the window saids maybe a customer used your phone number and got your free drink! I said I have a los angles phone number, so u think some random customer could guess my phone number and know I have a free drink on my next visit? So we just blankly stared at each other, I paid and drove away then took a sip of my drink and they forgot my expresso shot I paid extra for LOL.

Nice coffee place, we go here pretty often! Sometimes the coffee is a hit or miss, though. But I like their muffins! The staff there is nice most of the time and VERY talkative. I always get the caramel blondie there, that's what I recommend. (Yes IT'S coffee.. It has CAFFEINE). Not the best coffee place though but yeah, I think you should check it out!
