Wendy's - Kennewick

I've been visiting this Wendy's for years and haven't had many issues. However, I've noticed that the hours are different from what's listed on Google. It’s a bit frustrating—dining hours are 10 AM to 9 PM, while the drive-thru is open from 10 AM to 10 PM.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. When we noticed that our soda had an unusual taste, they promptly offered us new drinks of our choice without any hesitation. That’s fantastic customer service! However, after leaving, we realized that our fries were quite salty. We didn’t want to detract from the great experience we had, so we just removed the extra salt ourselves.

Wow! My experience began with no wait at the counter, thanks to an incredibly friendly employee who took my order quickly and professionally. Within just a few minutes, my order was ready and presented on a well-organized tray. The burger, a Dave's Double, was the thickest I've ever had. The beef was perfectly spiced and cooked, and the burger was assembled with care—no sloppy work here. All I can say is that my visit to this Wendy's was fantastic. The only downside was that they ran out of candy; when does Wendy's stop giving out free mints? Overall, it was a 5-star experience!

Great service through the ride. No food was missing. The food was hot and had no problems eating the pommes that was tender and not salty and hot. Friendly staff and outside were clean. The prices were great. I'd go back there.

Always amazing food service here.. I don't normally eat fast food, but Wendy's is a go to when time convenience are factors.. last time I came, it was icy out the gentleman went out of his way to tell me to drive safe.. Priceless!!
