Chili's Grill - Kenosha

The food at this restaurant was decent, fitting for a chain establishment. However, I was dissatisfied with their deceitful policy of refilling sodas. The server repeatedly refilled our sodas multiple times, leading me to believe it was complimentary until I received the bill. To my surprise, each soda cost $3.19! I believe this is a dishonest tactic to increase the total bill and the server's tip. Shame on Chili's for this sneaky behavior!

Always good food and a fair price. Had the Smokehouse Combo, (3). Plenty to bring home, generous portions. The Baked Seafood was not as tasty, not much crab and the shrimp was not garlicky. Good size portion.

We had dinner at the restaurant tonight in honor of our veterans. We enjoyed some delicious food and strong drinks.

Absolutely terrible, I ordered food through Uber eats and when I got my food it was ice cold as if it was made 2 hours earlier. Ice cream melted, chocolate lava cake was a hard lump of chocolate in the middle. I ordered a triple dipper and I was missing my3rd thing which was fried mozzarella sticks.

A great couple of visits lately. Both dinners we had provided good service and good food. I love the quantity for the price especially with a 3 for $10.99. Last night we did not arrive until after 8 PM. Definitely, the way to get top notch service... we were one of two couples in that section. We had a great server who was new did not catch his name.
