Feedback gevenI called Jersey Mike's to seek help with my order, and the manager, who introduced herself as "A," was quite rude. She mentioned that she didn’t have to give her name if she didn’t want to, which was frustrating when all I needed was a simple fix. I used to eat there for lunch frequently, but this experience has changed my mind. As a manager, it's essential to lead in a way that supports customers, and her attitude was not the right approach when addressing a customer's issue. I will not be returning to Jersey Mike's, especially after she dismissed my mention of contacting corporate by saying it didn't matter since they aren’t a corporate store. I’m really disappointed.
I ordered a BLT with extra toppings, but all I received was just bread.
You won’t find a better sub sandwich anywhere. Everything on the menu is delicious. Seriously, if you discover a better Philly cheesesteak, please tell me where it is because it’s hard to believe one exists.
The subs were quite dry, lacking mayo or any other toppings. Even when ordered “Mike's Way,” the sub was still very dry and disappointing. The staff were nice and friendly, but the food was not up to par.
Every time I order from this location, the food is either incorrect or not ready. I've never seen so many staff members behind the counter doing so little. It's frustrating because the service is so poor, even though the food is usually quite good.
