Wings tasted either burnt or over cooked, couldn’t get a fork through them whatsoever. Sauces tasted amazing, shame the chicken wasn’t good.

I was in Wisconsin for an event with my family. We got in late Friday night so we decided to check out the market on third. This place has a genre of food for everyone in the family. I decided to try out Mr. wing. The register guy recommended me the hot lemon pepper wings and the garlic Parmesan wings so I had five of each. As far as quality of the wing itself, it’s what I imagine a standard bar wing starts at as far as on the scale of good. As far as the sauces goes, the garlic, Parm was underwhelming. The lemon pepper hot was fruity citrus, free, sweet and hot all the same time definitely the better of the two but still on a scale of one to 10 probably a 7 1/2 or a eight at best . Blue cheese was so par. Overall, if you’re there watching some sports with the guys this probably gets the job done but it’s nothing to write home about.

Really great wings cool place: got stuck in a hotel here when a huge snow storm shut the city down. Ended up talking to the owners brother for a bit.They have a real passion for their food. I would highly recommend trying their wings, the mustard based hot sauces were really good. But I was surprised that their Cap’n Crunch wings were my favourite. If I’m back in the city I’ll make sure to stop by again.

Excellent, excellent taste. There's a limit to how good chicken wings can be by themselves so it's all about the sauce and this place has some excellent sauces. Wife and I tried them all over the course of two days. My favorites are Gold Digger and Jamaican Me Jerk while she like lemon pepper and Honey I'm Home. The fries btw are massively portioned.
