Starbucks - Kenosha

Good food and drinks are always spot on. Always too much ice though, even when asked for light ice. My venti turns into 3 sips by the time I’m at the light.

Ordered 7/25/23 at 5:33 pm. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by both a male and female worker. I was not able to catch her name, but there was a blonde lady that took my order and she had a huge smile on her face as she took my order. She told me that she would have my drink ready right away, and boy was she correct. I walked towards the pick up section and she came ready with my drink within 45 seconds of me ordering it. I ordered a Venti Mago Dragonfruit Lemonade with light ice and she made my drink perfect. I was very pleasantly satisfied with my visit today.

I came this morning and recieved the friendliest welcome from Robert. He was beyond courteous and inviting. I hope to see him again!!

I always come to this Starbucks whether it’s drive-thru or ordering on the mobile app and leaving. Today I finally had a day off and decided to enjoy the morning by ordering a coffee along with a cheese and fruit box. While I enjoyed my coffee and food I was writing an essay but I noticed how amazing the staff was with every customer inside and in drive-thru. They’re fast and extremely polite. It was really nice sitting inside and enjoying everything.

We love coming to this location when I take my children to get their haircuts. The staff is always friendly and the barista that particular day went above and beyond by giving my kids some stickers she had. They were so excited to not only get their birthday cake pops but also some stickers! They always get my order right and are kind enough to bag my kids’ cake pops separately.
