Mcdonald's - Kensington and Chelsea

I have already filed a complaint with McDonald's. It was a disappointing experience. The food took too long to arrive, was of poor quality, and there was no seating available, so we had to eat outside on the street.

The place was very small and without space, it created uncomfortable situations of having to arrive on time to raffle the places, in addition to being very cramped.

A Mcdonalds like many others. Lunch at rush hour. Very crowded. Food was as expected. Finding a place where to eat was easy (guess I was lucky). Toilet was clean.

Classic Mac but unlike others in big cities this one is quite spacious and we even found some seats at rush hour the structure is made up of 3 floors... prestigious position as it is only 100 meters from the Harrods department store... more bathrooms or less clean and quick in preparing sandwiches…

I stopped by for a quick meal since I was extremely hungry. I placed my order through the app, waited on the side for my number to be called. The restaurant was busy, but the staff was courteous. When I received my order, it was delicious and piping hot. I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.
