Pret A Manger London Notting Hill Gate W11 Branch

I had that one guy today who seemed irritated at me because I ordered an extra hot drink. We make them at 65 degrees, how hot do you want it? I replied I like my drink really hot so it lasts a bit longer. His reply was it 's cold outside it will get cold anyway

I absolutely adore this Pret A Manger! The staff is fantastic, the menu has a great variety, and the service is quick. One standout team member, Daniel (I believe that's how his name is spelled), is absolutely amazing. He greets you with a smile, is always friendly, strikes up conversation, and never fails to brighten my mornings.

Every time I buy a coffee at this restaurant, even on holidays like Boxing Day, Barista Danial is always friendly and attentive. During my last visit, I couldn't decide on a drink and Danial recommended one that I had never tried before and ended up loving. I appreciate the kindness shown, especially during these challenging times. Thank you!

Daniel was extremely pleasant and provided excellent customer service. The staff prepared one of the best Chai Lattes my partner has ever had.
